Vodka

Tasting: Balsam Pomorski

Distilled by Sobieski in Starogardzie Gdańskim in Poland and according to the traditional methods of the distillery of plants of Winkelhausen, Balsam Pomorski is a vodka produced from nalewu, a cool nut. Restarted in 2006 by Sobieski who re-draws the packaging, augment the alcoholic dégré of 38 ° in 40 ° and add some tastes, the range Balsam Pomorski offers perfumes from now on traditional, cranberry, raspberry, cherry, mint, blackcurrant and peach.

Balsam Pomorski Winkelhausen (traditionel)
Colour: flaxen
Nose: round and sweet with nice notes of honey while remaining light
Mouth: attack round and fond of good food, sweetened on notes of honey, nice seasoned final

Balsam Pomorski Winkelhausen z zurawina (cranberry)
Colour: scarlet towards rosé
Nose: circle on the pie in the red fruits
Mouth: round, hot and sweet attack, notes of red fruits (blueberries) sweetened with honey, nice seasoned final

Nice flavoured vodkas, honey for the one and red fruits for other one, the fond of good food and sweet in mouth such of liqueurs. Seasoned and powerful final will remind you however that these two vodkas announce 40 °!
