The restaurant the Bistro of Clarets invites you during Vinexpo to discover appellations Claret and Claret Supérieur together with the wine-growers, but also to pass behind stoves to cook the world.
The Bistro of Clarets offers every day, from Sunday till Thursday, 2 courts of kitchen of 45 minutes, at 10 h and at 16 h. To marry tastes and perfumes, every workshop will be followed by a tasting of appellations Claret Rouge, Claret Supérieur Rouge, Claret Blanc, Claret Supérieur Blanc, Claret Rosé, Claret Clairet and Crémant de Bordeaux to accompany dishes cooked up.
