
Campari, Italian mark of aperitif, visits again the mojito, this Cuban classical cocktail, by bringing him freshness and colour Of Campari, mint, lime and sugar of cane prepared like the famous barmen of Capri, of Portofino or Milan to be savoured to make this summer of memories made in Italy!
Mojito Italian by Campari
In a long drink glass:
• Add 1/2 lime in districts and 2 cl of sugar of cane
• Crush with the aid of a pestle, add some leaves of cool mint, then purée again
• Fill with cracked ice, then add 4 cl of Campari
• Lengthen of soda water
• Trim some leaves of cool mint and serve with a big straw
