Cocktails Bombay Sapphire “around the world”

• Bombay Barcelona

Park hyatt Paris Vendôme - 5, street of Peace, 2nd Paris

In a cocktail shaker filled in 3/4 icicles, overturn:
- some leaves sliced thinly of rosemary
- some washers of cucumbers
- 2cl of File Cordial (syrup of lime)
- 2cl of liqueur of flower of Elder
- 4cl of gin Bombay Sapphire
Blend, leak out, overturn into a cocktail glass and decorate with a branch of rosemary

In a cocktail shaker filled in 3/4 icicles, overturn:
- 1 spoon with coffee of preserve of figs
- 4cl of juice of grenade
- 3cl of juice of pineapple
- 3cl of orange juice
- 4cl of gin Bombay Sapphire flavoured in spices Raz-El-Hanout (24 h of soaking)
Blend, leak out, overturn into a cocktail glass and decorate with a cool pepper

In a cocktail shaker filled in 3/4 icicles, overturn:
- 4cl of gin Bombay Sapphire
- 8cl of nectar of banana
- 1 spoonful of honey of acacia
- 2 features of biological flower water in the cinnamon
Blend, leak out, overturn into a cocktail glass and decorate with a pod of vanilla of Madagascar
