Cognac Summit

Accomplished during the International Cognac Summit - organised by BNIC, National Interprofessional du Cognac-office the Cognac Summit is an existent cocktail of four marathon days of workshops and of meetings in the summit for the biggest names of the mixologie and of the cocktail shaker, together with the masters of cellar of the biggest houses. They thought, tested, worked together to work THE cocktail out based on Cognac: Summit. le Summit.

The recipe of the Cognac Summit
1 zest of lime
6cl of craft lemonade
4 small strips of cool ginger
1 fine peel of cucumber
4cl of cognac VSOP

Put the zest of lemon and the small strips of ginger in the glass and pour 2 cl of Cognac VSOP.
Press the ginger slightly 2 - 3 times with a pestle.
Fill the glass half with icicles and move 5 seconds with the aid of a spoon.
Pour 2 again cl of Cognac VSOP and top up 6 cl of craft lemonade and the peel of cucumber.
Move 5 seconds with the spoon and serve immediately.
