Tasting: SKYY Infusion Citrus, Rapsberry, Passion Fruit

Say goodbye in traditional flavoured vodkas, to not very natural taste, SKYY Infusion gives an experience based on vodka and on brewed fruits successful. The range, which counts six perfumes, belongs lately enriches with the Citrus (lemon), Rapsberry (raspberry) and Passion Fruit (passion fruit).

SKYY CITRUS
Colour: translucent with light gold reflexions
Nose: fine and acidulous on the zests of lemon
Mouth: soft attack, rather linear mouth in spite of nice notes of yellow lemons and of zests of limes, sub-notes of citrus fruit (blood orange, pink grapefruit), acidulous final, light added pepper and long. A nice lemon but lack of exuberance. Un beau citron mais manque d’exubérance.

SKYY RASPBERRY
Colour: translucent with very light pinkish reflexions
Nose: fond of good food and expressive, fruity on the raspberry (full fruit)
Mouth: soft attack, the mouth is linear on the raspberry supplemented by notes red fruits (Mara of wood) and muddy, slightly prickly long final. The mouth lacks wingspan on the whole in comparison with the very generous nose. La bouche manque globalement d’envergure par rapport au nez très généreux.

SKYY PASSION FRUIT
Colour: translucent
Nose: opulent and passion fruit
Mouth: attack added pepper, the mouth becomes softer on the passion fruit, very long final, hot and masculine mouth on the fruit and the white pepper. Vodka very consistent and structured. Vodka très cohérente et structurée.
