In she frame of exhibition Imagines Dangerous criminals by which took place in the Palace of Tokyo, the cocktail Despemanguito is to discover exclusively in Tokyo Eat until January 31st, 2010 (7€).
And especially an idea easy recipe to be accomplished at home!

Despemanguito 
Begin by putting 4 pieces of limes in a schooner
Crush the whole with the aid of a pestle
Top up Monin 2cl of syrup of seasoned mango
Add 10 nice leaves of mint, then crush them slightly with the aid of the pestle
Pour Dangerous criminals 5cl – blend
Fill the glass in 3/4 of the cracked ice – top up 4 cl of Dangerous criminals – blend again, so as to retort well the cool mint in the cocktail 


Councils of presentation
Well supplement the glass of cracked ice by creating a dome on the upper part of the glass

Garnir of a nice head of cool mint
Serve with 2 straws – a right and a cubit
