The origins of Mojito are some not very mysterious. In the 19th century, this refreshing drink was called Drake ", in homage to the Pirates of the eponymous ship, who appreciated the tasting of local brandies livened up with leaves of mint. It is in 1910 when the recipe became rich with a more refined rum and of the lime to become famous Mojito. This name comes from "Mojo", a cool flavouring in the lemon intended to promote the taste of food. The success of this drink was such as Mojito became in 1920, the national cocktail of Cuba.

Then direction different Cuban places of the capital, in old American cars, among which notably Mojito Habana. Mojito Habana, it is a bit Havana in the middle of Paris: centre wood and stone, Cuban pictures, latin music and comfortable leather chairs to savour easy indeed one of the best mojitos of the capital!
