Qivino saves the started bottles [Vinexpo 2009]
The Belgian Vinventine society introduces this year on Vinexpo Qivino, a tool allowing a perfect conservation some wine for several days after opening of the bottle. Qivino dispels at the same time the air of the started bottle and injects a mixture of inert gases, guarantor of tastes and aromas of the wine, so preserved.
The system includes a replaceable cartridge of inert gases, a device injector - Qi-filler-and obturator-Dopio-and should interest the individuals and amateurs of “wine in the glass”. "Qivinage", technology led after three research years to the Faculty of oenology of Talence, assures a protection of three days for a quiet wine, until week with three injections.
